The firm provides estate planning to shield assets from taxation utilizing basic tools such as credit shelter trusts, life insurance trusts, and charitable remainder and lead trusts. From time to time, the firm recommends retaining established local accounting and investment firms to assist in the implementation of tax saving measures in order to produce the most satisfactory and cost effective solutions for our clients.

Land Use Planning and Real Estate:

The firm has a substantial land use practice, from minor residential subdivisions to major subdivisions and site plan applications for multi-unit residential and commercial developments. The firm also regularly represents clients in both commercial and residential real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, and Section 1031 like-kind exchanges.

The firm pursues a general litigation practice, including criminal and municipal matters, and civil matters including personal injury, business disputes, and will contests.
